She has done her Master’s in Applied Psychology from International Islamic University Islamabad. Lately she has rendered services in Armed Forces Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFIRM) Rawalpindi. She has also attended multiple workshops on Motivation Building, Coping Strategies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and various child health issues.
She has experienced multiple cases of child like ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder), ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), CP (Cerebral Palsy), Intellectual Disability, Microcephaly, Hydrocephaly, GDD (Global Development Delay) etc. and has expertise on child psychology including Parental Counseling and guidance for improving child’s health and maladaptive behaviors.
She has prior experience working with individuals (specially war wounded) with Amputations and severe medical problems like SCI (Spinal Cord Injury), CEL (Cauda Equina Lesion), MCA Infarct, Traumatic Nerve Injury and Central Cord Syndrome.
She has also command on CBT on order to deal with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, insomnia, phobias and other mental health issues.
She uses various multiple intervention tools and psychotherapies to give much better solutions to the client problems and to improve person’s motivation and strengths.
