Personal Biography:

She obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology at International Islamic University Islamabad. And undertook further training at Fauji foundation hospital Rawalpindi, Military Hospital (MH) Rawalpindi, CMH Hyderabad, Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission-NIMRA and other private rehabilitation centers for slow learners. Moreover she has certification from UNDP.

She has a professional experience in Clinical Psychology, Psychotherapy, Counseling, Career counseling & Clinical Child Psychology. The kinds of psychological problems she treats include: Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Low self-esteem, Trauma, Eating Disorders, Sleep disorders, Personality Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder(OCD), relationship difficulties based on attachment difficulties, Couple & Family problems, work related problems, Bereavement, Anger management and other personal & emotional issues. Apart from working with adults she sees adolescents and provides consultation regarding parenting difficulties with children of all ages.

She has vast experience in working with children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyper Activity), CP (Cerebral Palsy), GDD (Global Developmental Delay), Speech delay and other neuro developmental disorders.
