Biography
She brings two years of valuable experience in working with special needs children. Her previous roles included positions at Fouji Foundation Hospital, Cantt General Hospital, Benazir Bhutto Hospital, Army Special Education Academy (ASEA), and the Armed Forces Institute of Mental Health. She was actively involved in community work at Cantt General Hospital.
Her skillset encompasses expertise in psychological assessment, utilizing a wide array of tools including HFD, TAT, MMPI, NEO-PIR, BGT, HAM-D, PGEE, DASS, SPM, CPM, MOCA, STROOP, BDI, BAI, CARS, DAST, ADHD rating scale, MMSE, and more. In addition, she demonstrates proficiency in various therapeutic approaches such as REBT, EFT, breathing techniques, PMR, CBT, behavior therapy, and art and play therapy.
She holds multiple certifications in psychotherapy from PYPA (Pakistan Young Psychologists Association) and has successfully completed courses in positive psychiatry and mental health from the University of Sydney, social psychology from Wesleyan University, positive psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and schizophrenia from Wesleyan University.
