Ayesha khan is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist. She has a professional experience of more than 10 years. In this duration she handled multiple cases. She has certification in Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation from United Nations (UNODC). She has certification in International Conference on Mental Health. She has participated in the workshop on speak for child health conducted by UNICEF. She has participated in different live programs of Radio Pakistan as a clinical psychologist.
Ayesha khan uses a combination of various Interventions and psychotherapies including CBT (cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Interpersonal Therapy, Solution- Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy. She is a Specialist who has worked with adults, adolescent, children and families affected by mental health and Substance Abuse Disorders.
She has experienced multiple cases of child like ADHD,ODD, Autism etc. and has expertise on child psychology including parental guidance for child’s behavioral issues. She also handled cases of Educational and career counseling.
She is catering to clients struggling with abuse, trauma, depression, bereavement, low self-esteem, stress, anxiety, Bipolar, Fear and phobias, Insomnia, Marital and Divorce Issues, Relationship Issues, Interpersonal issues, OCD, Personality disorder, Schizophrenia and other mental health areas.
In collaboration with patients she adapts treatment goals specifically for each individual, based on person’s needs, strengths and motivation.
