Ms. Areej Sajjad is a dedicated Child Psychologist and ABA Therapist with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, and an International Behavior Therapist Certification. With over 3+ years of professional experience, she is known for her empathetic, client-centered approach and her ability to deliver effective, evidence-based interventions across a wide range of psychological and developmental concerns.

Her clinical expertise includes working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety and depressive disorders, mood and personality disorders, eating disorders, conduct disorders, as well as learning and language difficulties. She also has hands-on experience conducting assisted speech therapy sessions, particularly for children with developmental delays, focusing on improving communication skills and reducing speech-related barriers.

As an ABA Therapist, she specializes in behavior modification, skill development, and enhancing adaptive functioning in children through structured Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes individualized treatment planning, early intervention, and parent training to ensure sustainable outcomes through a collaborative and holistic care model.

She utilizes an integrative therapeutic framework that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), structured ABA interventions, and relaxation-based techniques such as Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) and guided imagery.
