Quratulain Jafar

Quratulain Jafar is a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist with 3 years of clinical experience specializing in child psychology, developmental assessment, and family-centered care. She is committed to helping children overcome developmental, behavioral, emotional, and academic challenges while supporting families in creating nurturing environments for healthy growth and development.

She holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Clinical Psychology (ADCP) from the National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Islamabad, with specialized training in developmental assessment and child-focused clinical care. She is also certified in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

Quratulain works with children experiencing developmental delays, behavioral difficulties, emotional concerns, anxiety, self-regulation challenges, and school-related difficulties. Her approach is child-centered, engaging, and developmentally appropriate, incorporating techniques from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, CBT, and child-friendly Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR).

Through play-informed and individualized interventions, she helps children develop emotional regulation, coping skills, self-calming strategies, confidence, and positive behavioral patterns. She also works closely with parents and caregivers, providing guidance and practical strategies to strengthen the child’s support system at home.

Her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging therapeutic environment where every child can develop their abilities, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
